MoneyPark has a unique network of partners of over 100 banks, insurance companies and pension funds in Switzerland for real estate financing and brokers a mortgage volume of CHF 3.4 billion annually. Since its acquisition in July 2017, Defferrard and Lanz (DL), the market leader in independent mortgage advice in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, has been part of MoneyPark. Together with finovo, its subsidiary, MoneyPark offers institutional investors holistic mortgage solutions thanks to a setup of efficient sales and efficient portfolio management.

The first consultation is free so you can get a no-obligation impression of our advisory service. If you then opt for MoneyPark, the following conditions will apply.
Our fully fledged personal advisory service for the initial financing of your property costs CHF 980 including VAT. In case you are refinancing or increasing your existing mortgage, you get access to our personal advisory service for just CHF 490 - a fair price considering that our customers save an average of CHF 3000 per year thanks to an optimized financing strategy.
If you have used our services before, we will grant you a 50% discount. For example: our personal advisory service package on the initial financing of your holiday home costs you only CHF 490, while we charge you as little as CHF 245 for refinancing.
