Each day we compare more than 100 Swiss banks, insurance companies and pension funds in order to find the best products for our customers. In addition, we take care of the most work-intensive steps in the advisory process. The resulting savings of our financing partners allow for more attractive product terms.
Who are my contractual partners?
You conclude two agreements. The loan agreement for your mortgage is concluded directly between you and the financing partner (bank, insurance company, pension fund). In addition, you conclude an advisory agreement with MoneyPark, which governs the services provided by us. Our service includes taking care of the processing of contracts between you and the financing partner and assisting you even after the closing of your mortgage deal.
How does MoneyPark earn money?
If you need a mortgage to finance a property for the first time, our advisory service costs CHF 980. If, however, you have already financed a property and now require follow-up financing or to increase your mortgage, our advisory services cost CHF 490 – this is a fair price considering that our customers save CHF 2500 per year on average thanks to low interest rates. The advisory fee also includes all future services that you make use of at MoneyPark. You can thus finance other properties without additional fees, such as, a holiday apartment, and find the best follow-up financing without a surcharge. MoneyPark also receives a commission from the financing partner chosen by the customer. However, the choice of financing partner and mortgage product has no influence on the remuneration of our advisors.
