Why is MoneyPark able to offer such attractive terms?
Every day, we compare over 150 banks, insurance companies and pension funds throughout Switzerland to find the best products for our customers. At the same time, MoneyPark takes a large part of the work off the financing partners. We can pass on the resulting savings to our customers.
Who are my contractual partners?
You conclude two agreements. The loan agreement for your mortgage is concluded directly between you and the financing partner (bank, insurance company, pension fund). In addition, you conclude an advisory agreement with MoneyPark, which governs the services provided by us. Our service includes taking care of the processing of contracts between you and the financing partner and assisting you even after the closing of your mortgage deal.
How does MoneyPark earn money?
If you need a mortgage to finance a property for the first time, our advisory service costs CHF 980. If, however, you have already financed a property and now require follow-up financing or to increase your mortgage, our advisory services cost CHF 490 – a fair price considering that our customers save an average of CHF 2500 per year thanks to an optimized financing strategy. MoneyPark also receives a commission from the financing partner chosen by the customer. However, the choice of financing partner and mortgage product has no influence on the remuneration of our advisors.
