How reliable is the valuation?
The reliability of the estimated price interval depends mainly on the data availability for your specific region and location. The more reference data is available, the more reliable the price interval. The result includes a confidence / reliability indicator. We will not display a result if a reasonable level of accuracy cannot be provided.
Do banks accept this valuation?
